The course is designed for those who have previous singing experience but feel a bit rusty and need to get their voice going again.
Getting back into shape after a vocal break and singing in a small group at a high pace is the challenge.
The goal is to develop your voice, your ability to read sheet music, and your ear to boost your self-confidence and make singing more enjoyable. The focus is on the voice. You don't have to sell tickets, find an audience, or rehearse for a concert.

Course Leader: Ragna Fagelund, choir and orchestra conductor, singer.

Participants: Should have choir experience or knowledge of singing and sheet music equivalent to music classes.

Course Content:

  • Training in voice and singing technique, intonation exercises
  • Training in music and rhythm reading, interval training, sight-singing
  • Training in harmony
  • Practical training with a mixed repertoire of classical works
