Micaela Bellussi - Percussion

Micaela Bellussi received her bachelor's and master's degrees in percussion at the Conservatorio Cesare Pollini in Padova under the guidance of Massimo Pastore. During her education, she also studied at the Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität der Stadt Wien with Nebojsa Jovan Zivkovic as her main teacher.

Alongside her performance career, Micaela Bellussi is currently specializing in chamber music at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, where she studies under Professor Daniel Berg and Joakim Anterot.

Micaela Bellussi performs regularly both as a soloist and in orchestral contexts. She has collaborated with orchestras such as Orchestra Olimpia, I Solisti Veneti, and Civica Orchestra di Fiati di Padova in Italy, as well as Orkester Filialen in Sweden. She is also active in various chamber music constellations and has played with, among others, Art Percussion Ensemble and Mikamo Ensemble in several European countries.

In addition to her work as a musician, Micaela Bellussi has a solid pedagogical background with degrees from the conservatories in Padova and Rovigo. She has previously taught at several music associations in Italy and is today also active as a youth leader at El Sistema within Stockholm's Kulturskola.
