Oboist
Leo Söderlund earned his bachelor’s degree at the Norwegian Academy of Music, studying with Johannes Grosso and Pavel Sokolov. He then pursued his master’s studies at the Haute École de Musique in Lausanne, where his teachers included Professor Jean-Louis Capezzali, Nora Cismondi, and Fabien Thouand. During his studies, he was also an academy member of the baroque ensemble Orkester Nord.
Leo Söderlundh performs regularly as a chamber musician and with larger orchestras across Sweden, and has also appeared as a soloist with ensembles such as the Nordic Youth Orchestra.
In addition to his work as a performer, Leo Söderlundh has taught at programs such as Dubbelt av Dubbelt in Malmö, Blåslandslaget at Lunnevad, and the Polstjärnepriset in Vänersborg. Since 2024, he has been the oboist of the Östgöta Wind Ensemble (Östgötamusiken) and teaches at the music schools of Linköping and Norrköping.
